  • For Businesses: We'll verify their staffing needs and interest in our services.

4. 90-Day Probation Period
Referrals are considered successful when:

  • The referred candidate is hired and successfully completes a 90-day probation period.

  • The referred business signs a contract and is staffed by ScoLor Staffing and business reaches 1000 Hours of employment staffing.

5. Earn Your Reward
Once the referral is finalized:

  • Candidate Referrals: Receive $100 after the probation period is completed. (Check, Visa gift card, or Electronic payment)

  • Client Referrals: Earn $500 for every successful business you refer to ScoLor Staffing. (Check or Electronic payment)

  • Check emails to stay up to date on referral progress and any updates on to your referral payouts.
